CONSUMER SURPLUS

          CONSUMER SURPLUS is  said when the consumer is paying according his will and wants for goods and services which is different from actual market price.

For Example ;-

                  Recently I observed the consumer surplus behaviour in real market near my college campus that , a group of women was standing near the hawkers who was selling the pillow and bedsheets and some foot mattress one women asked the hawkers for bedsheets and he showed her bed sheets with worth ₹500 for two bed sheets but lady denied to pay the ₹500 she was willing to pay the ₹ 300 for two bed sheets but after few arguments and bargaining hawkers ready to offer her bed sheets in ₹ 400 and lady agreed on the condtions.   Here the activity defined the consumer surplus because she paid the amount according her will and ability to pay for that good which is apart from actual price on the market for that bed sheets
