BIG BILLION DAY

When Flipkart offered big billion day,
The main objective to get 1 billon hits and to earn 100 million dollars.
The entire social media was dominated by Flipkart.
They promised special offers,
16 GB pen drive for RS 1
Samsung galaxy tab for RS 1200
Lenovo tab for RS 99
JBL headphones for RS99
Karbonn mobile for RS99
And so many…..
This is done just to churn the customers,
But they forget that people react to incentives they neglected the customer satisfaction.
They faced out of stocks, cancellation of so many orders, crash of website, revoked prices.
 Because they just ignored customer satisfaction.
Flipkart reached their target i.e., 1.5 million hits but they lost the customers credibility.  
Because they failed to fulfil their promises, they disappointed customers. Customer satisfaction is very much important in every business.
Customer satisfaction, it is a measure of how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass expectation.
Flipkart failed to meet the customer satisfaction.
