Economies of agglomeration is a phenomenon where the firm's are located near to each other and even the cost reductions that the firm's obtain by locating in proximity to each other.
For example:- In DLF CYBERCITY , all types of companies , restaurants and stores are located near to each other under one roof where they compete with each other and work together for better solutions even they reduce the costs in order to attract the customers.
